Owners of C Bar C Arena
"C Bar C Expo Center, owned by Carl and Cindy Harlan of Waynetown, Indiana, is quickly becoming Indiana’s number 1 choice for equine and livestock shows. C Bar C is known for its friendly staff, great homemade food, and clean facility. The entire barn is cleaned and sanitized before every show to help promote the health of the horses and other livestock that attend our events. In 2019 C Bar C went solar and is now run completely from our solar field that sits behind the Arena, setting this facility up for generations to come."
Onsite camping is available through C Bar C Expo Center. Both 30 amp and 50 amp camping hookups are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Camping is $30/night.

I’m Becky, owner and main photographer here at Ruehle Photographix. I started thisadventure in 2012, and it has been the greatest ride! Photography and horses aren’t just a part of my job, they are my job, and my life. I grew up riding and showing horses. When I wasn’t on the back of a horse, I was taking pictures of them. One college degree from Carroll College later and I decided to jump right into this “horses & pictures” adventure, full time.
I feel very blessed to have learned from some of the best in the business… Larry Williams and Jeff Kirkbride. But always live by the motto of “Never Stop Learning”. I am born and raised in Wisconsin, but you can find me just about anywhere taking photos at a show or out in someones horse pasture! I look forward to meeting you and capturing the moments that mean the most to you!

How do I qualify for the World Championship Show?
To qualify for the World Championship Show, exhibitors should hold an active NOHSA membership. If you are not a member, you can fill out our handy membership application here. Next, exhibitors can show at any two open horse shows that are not sanctioned by a national association with the same horse and rider pair. Both exhibitors and horses can qualify in multiple horse and rider pairs, however each horse and rider pair must complete the requirements separately. Next, members can submit their results online to our record database to accumulate points to complete their World Show qualifications!
Can I attend the show if I haven't qualified in any classes?
Yes! We are excited to be offering four Open $250 Added classes. These classes are open to all exhibitors and all age groups, even those who have not qualified to compete in any of our other classes. This is an awesome chance for someone that was not able to qualify to get in the show pen and possibly walk away with some money! Take a look at our class list here.
