Stall Reservations
All horses are required to have a paid stall. Stalls purchased before 11:59 p.m. on the stall reservation deadline are available at the horse show rate of $165. For stalls purchased after the stall reservation deadline, there is an additional $15 fee per stall. Any additions/changes to reservations made after this date are not guaranteed to be placed with the original reservation.
Health Papers
Per facility regulations, all horses, including in-state horses, are required to present a negative EIA test (Coggins) within the past 12 months, an original Health Certificate within 14 days of the show, and proof of EHV1 and EHV4 (Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus/Rhinopneumonitis) vaccinations within six months.
Stalling Group
One group name must be designated for each stalling group. Priority stalling will be given to sponsors, by level and date of payment. Sponsorship payment must be made by the stall reservation deadline for stalling perks. Stalls must be paid before assignment and will be subject to the appropriate fees based on the date payment is received.
Arrivals & Departures
Move-in begins on Thursday, October 24 at 8:00 a.m. All horses are required to check in upon arrival..
Feed & Bedding
Feed and bedding will be available for purchase directly from the facility within seven days of the show—more information to come.
Camping
RV camping is available on the grounds at $80 per night. Electric, water, and sewer hookups are included. Guests must check in upon their arrival at the General Store.
RV ReservationsHotel
Rooms are available at The Riding Academy Hotel/Event Center on the grounds for a reduced rate.

Rules & Regulations
Classes will be judged by NSBA rules as written in the association’s official handbook. This includes all class and equipment rules unless otherwise defined in the NOHSA official handbook.
Divisions
Small Fry 11 & Under are Walk/Jog or Walk/Trot. Exhibitors that are showing in a Walk/Jog or Walk/Trot class are not allowed to enter a class that requires a lope or a canter. Horses may cross-enter these classes with separate exhibitors.
Awards
NOHSA Bucks will be awarded through sixth place in all classes, which can be redeemed for prizes or gift cards in the NOHSA Award Shop at the show.
High Point Awards
A High-Point Award will be awarded to the winningest exhibitor in the following categories: Small Fry 11 & Under, Youth 13 & Under, Youth 14-18, Amateur 19-49, Amateur 50 & Over, Ranch, Over Fences, Walk Trot.
Added Money
All $250 Added classes will be held with six or more entries. Prize money will be awarded to the exhibitor that earned the placing. A percentage of all entries made before 5:00 p.m. the evening before the class will be jackpotted.
